The Pair

A duplex project conceived as a cohesive architectural composition, where two residences are designed in dialogue with one another. Rather than reading as separate units, the project forms a balanced pairing defined by symmetry, proportion, and shared material language.

Each residence is organized around private outdoor spaces, with integrated pools and shaded terraces extending the living areas outward. The architecture emphasizes horizontal planes, layered façades, and a strong connection between interior and exterior environments, tailored to South Florida living.
