The One on the Water

A single-family residence located in the Bayview neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. Set on an unorthodox waterfront lot, the project presented unique design challenges that ultimately informed the layout and overall approach. The design focuses on maximizing views to the water, with primary living spaces oriented toward the exterior and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor environments. Clean, modern lines are balanced with warm material selections, creating a home that feels both contemporary and timeless. The residence includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an elevator, and a private balcony serving the primary living spaces, all carefully integrated to support both function and experience.
