This duplex project rethinks the typical typology through scale, proportion, and composition. The wider-than-average lot allowed the design to read less like a traditional duplex and more like a cohesive single-family residence.
The architecture is defined by strong horizontal volumes, framed upper-level balconies, and a layered material palette that balances modern lines with warmth. The entry sequence is intentionally open, offering glimpses into the interior living spaces while maintaining a sense of privacy.
Each unit includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with living spaces that extend seamlessly into generous outdoor areas. Designed for South Florida living, both residences prioritize indoor-outdoor connections, natural light, and functional layouts that support everyday use.
